Uni-Dry Ventilating Ridge
Designed to comply with the mechanical ridge fixings of BS5334 Part1 1997, and provides a secure maintenance free method of fixing ridge tiles to reduce the risk of damage caused by wind uplift and water penetration. It produces a neat ridgeline of traditional appearance and also provides high level ventilation, in accordance with BS5250 and the Building Regulations.
Suits most half-round and angled ridge tiles and is compatible with any wet or dry verge system.
Ridge-Roll
Using modern membrane technology, Ridge-Roll is the quick, easy and reliable way to ventilate the roofspace or battenspace without vent pipes or grilles. Ridge roll is a highly vapour permeable membrane that provides a water-resistant and fully wind tight ridge and hip ventilation system in a roll. It is manufactured from a highly vapour permeable membrane and a completely waterproof mesh fabric having a high ventilation ratio. Lightweight, safe and easy to handle, Ridge Roll is installed in one simple ‘roll out’ operation, requiring neither special tools nor wet trades work. Equally suited to complex tile profiles or plain slates and tiles. Available in a choice of finishes – tile-red, dark brown and anthracite – to match and complement most proprietary roofing ranges.

Uni-Dry Verge

Suitable for new build or refurbishment on roofs from 12.5° to 90° and monopitch roofs, Uni-Dry Verge has a neat interlocking design that provides a consistent appearance. Designed to provide a simple, secure and no maintenance method of mechanically fixing verge tiles it reduces the risk of damage caused by wind uplift and water penetration. Secure clip fixing avoids wind uplift problems. Available in Terracotta, Slate Grey or Brown to blend with the rest of the roof. Quick and easy all weather fixing, requiring no special tools. Compatible with any ridge system.
Uni-Line Continuous Dry Verge Range
T Strip to suit most Redland, Marley and Sandtoft Plain and Profile Concrete Tiles. Also fits Redland Richmond, Saxon and Stonewold. Can also be used on existing roofing. S Strip for use with all fibre cement slates, natural slates, Redland Cambrian, Marley Monarch and Melbourne Slates. Scot Strip suitable for all products shown on S Strip, on boarded roofs with top of batten fixing. Quick and easy to install, maintenance-free. Ideal for use with UPVC bargeboards, fascias and soffitts. Gives extra security at verge against wind damage. Neat, attractive finish, with wide range of accessories.
