95 / 25 - general-purpose oxidised bitumen for bonding - normally supplied in block form to be re-melted on-site
in a boiler.
105 / 35 - most commonly used by manufacturers as
coating bitumen for roll and pour roofing, and has only
recently been made available as bonding bitumen. It is
more pliable than 95 / 25 and acts as a more powerful adhesive. It is also more resistant to "slip and creep"
and is more flexible in cold weather.
115 / 25 - is the hardest bitumen and is a strong adhesive
in hot conditions. It is used as a general purpose bonding bitumen for roofs with a 10° pitch or more and is
sometimes used on lesser slopes where improved bonding
is required.
