Pre-war, most natural slate in the UK was supplied directly from
Welsh quarries. Today, natural slate is available from all around
the world in a wide range of colours and sizes.

Coleman Roofing Supplies stock natural slate from Spain, Wales,
Canada and other parts of the globe. The standard and quality of
slate varies enormously - samples are essential, to compare like
with like, or a complete re-roofing problem could occur. Good
quality second hand products suitable for refurbishment are also
available.

In addition to natural slate, roofers have a choice of man made
slates made from fibre cement, resin or reconstituted slate.

The sizes vary according to local usage, as do colours. A wide range is available in stock at Coleman Roofing Supplies, but as with all roofing products, please check with your branch to obtain samples to ensure the correct grade is supplied.
